I work with people who are stuck. Your doctors, family, friends, colleagues have all given health and wellness advice but something just refuses to budge.
Wanting change and actually activating change are 2 very different things. I will work with you through phone consultations.
If possible, we will also meet in person, where we will activate the body with walking and engage the mind through conversation toward change.

Life is difficult. Change is hard. You are NOT alone.
We meet one on one and have group options as well. Being with like-minded people who understand the frustrations of trying to change can be uplifting and affirming. Most clients find a 4 - 8 week focus a good starting point, meeting weekly or bi-weekly. Being flexible is important so I will make every effort to meet you where you’re at and most comfortable.

Whatever your lifestyle and however you're most comfortable, we will find a way.

I am a mother of 5 kids and I used to tell most people I was just “hanging on by a thread”. That WAS a true statement. Mothering had worn me down and the heartaches that often times accompany being a parent were taking their toll. I had put my health on the back burner and things were coming home to roost. I was finding it harder and harder to do what I loved most- taking good care of my family. I found in that difficulty, an opportunity. I had to make something of value come from all of the difficulty I had experienced and I’m grateful to share that with you. My world opened up to the realm of Functional Health and Wellness Coaching. I went back to school and became a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
